Position Title: Night Shift Cleaning Technician (Bilingual English-Spanish)
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced commercial cleaning professionals for a full-time night shift position. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish), possess prior commercial cleaning experience, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Ability to work overnight shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Authorized to work in the United States
